Working and caring together
to keep the people of Walkden and Little Hulton healthy, happy and well.
Walkden and Little Hulton Primary Care Network has been formed by 10 GP neighbouring practices. Between us we care for over 50,000 patients. Together, we make sure every resident in our area can benefit from reliable, high quality health and wellbeing services, right when they need it.
As demand for healthcare increases, our GP practices now work together, with other local partners, to provide a range of extra services side by side; ones our local community tell us they need the most.
Throughout our website, you can find out more about our primary care network, our services and work as well as how you can get involved if you’re a patient.
How does Walkden and Little Hulton Primary Care Network affect me?
If you are a patient, you benefit from extra services that our 10 local practices are doing together – with more to come in the future. You are still registered with your existing practice – nothing else changes.
If you work in one of our practices, you benefit from extra healthcare professionals in the team, more joined up working and resilience. Your practice manager will keep you informed of all the latest developments and opportunities to get involved.
